Orlando International Fashion Week and Aveda Institute – Orlando have partnered to empower aspiring beauty professionals and enhance fashion and beauty education in the city. Through scholarships and showcasing students’ expertise, this collaboration supports the growth of Orlando’s fashion and beauty community while providing opportunities for talented individuals to pursue their career goals. Together, they create a beacon of excellence in the beauty industry, fostering talent and contributing to the success of Orlando’s fashion and beauty scene.

INTERNATIONAL CAUSE
Orlando International Fashion Week will raise funds for international artists who are destitute. Starting with the artisans of Santa Marta Magdalene, a city on the Caribbean coast of Colombia.
This year, we are raising funds for the artisans of Santa Marta Magdalena, a city on Colombia’s Caribbean coast. Santa Marta Magdalena has a population of 450,000, while 42% of that population lives in poverty. They host some of the world’s most talented weavers who create baskets, fabrics, and clothing that display vibrant designs. We will help raise funds to help build them an air-conditioned workspace that will provide a safe working environment.
